Reduce energy costs by sealing out drafts and humidity. Window insulation kits include a roll of foam tape and a 60×72-in. sheet of clear insulating shrink film. Simply apply the foam tape around the outer edge of the window and stick the shrink film to the foam tape. Use a hairdryer to heat the shrink film to tighten and seal the film to create an insulating barrier to keep out the drafts, and keep in the heat.
